Welcome to FIT4MOM Las Cruces, offering fitness classes and programs for local moms! Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.


CLASS PASS HOLDER BENEFITS

Access to 8 (8 Pack) Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes within a 4 month period or 16 (16 Pack) within an 8 month period.

Free Monthly Membership Access to FIT4MOM Video On Demand, FIT4MOM’s home workout app. From cardio, strength and yoga, to prenatal, postpartum and mommy + me, workout whenever, wherever. Accessible on iOS devices, Android devices, MACs, PCs, streaming media boxes such as Roku, Apple TV, Amazon, Fire TV, Chromecast, and Nexus Player.


MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS

All FIT4MOM Las Cruces Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting:

and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting

directly. All FIT4MOM Las Cruces Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.


PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES

We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards or cash. All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a 30 day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Pike13 accounts. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $15 re-processing fee. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.


CLASS PASS PAYMENTS

We accept debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards for passes. Cash will only be accepted for drop ins or class pass purchases- Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class


MILITARY DISCOUNT

FIT4MOM Las Cruces is proud to offer active duty service members and veterans a 10% discount on membership plans and class classes. Discount is valid for clients who themselves or their partners serve or have served in the armed forces. Please contact toricummins@fit4mom.com to provide proof of military I.D. and to learn how you can apply these savings to your purchase/active membership.



STAY INFORMED

Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Las Cruces programming is through e-mail. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Las Cruces to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email toricummins@fit4mom.com for all business matters, we cannot respond to business emails via social media platforms


CREDITS/REFUNDS

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.


HOLD /CANCELLATION POLICY

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a Membership Hold Request Form accessible here:

Once the end of the hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume. Members must notify Tori Cummins directly at toricummins@fit4mom.com and complete the Hold Request Form 15 days prior to the desired hold start date. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $20 charge to place a membership on hold. If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement- hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.

Month-to Month Memberships may be canceled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. 6 Month Autopay Memberships are in effect for the entirety of the purchased membership period and are automatically debited every 30 days from initial date of purchased services. Should a Member decide to no longer attend classes, the Member is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. Once the contract is fulfilled, 30 days notice is still required in order to process any cancellations. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by FIT4MOM Las Cruces. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Las Cruces via email informing us of the request for cancellation. Without an email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of the online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation within 72 hours. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Las Cruces franchise. Once a membership is canceled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.


When your FIT4MOM membership is properly cancelled according to the Terms and Conditions, your OnDemand subscription will be automatically cancelled. If you would like to keep your OnDemand subscription you can re-enroll using the same login information and purchase your desired paid subscription. You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the tenth (10th) calendar day after you have signed this agreement. To cancel this agreement, written notice must be received by FIT4MOM Las Cruces within the initial ten days. You are responsible for paying for the classes already attended.  


STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE

Children ages 4 & under must remain buckled in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class. Children 5 & older may walk alongside mom as we move from station to station. Please follow the instructions set by the instructor to ensure your safety and the safety of your child(ren).

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although rare, FIT4MOM Las Cruces will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated on Pike13 and our private Facebook group. Feel free to call or text us at (530) 913-0962 Monday- Friday during regular business hours (9am-5pm) for any questions.
